Joel graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He obtained his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
Prior to joining Industrial Investors Group (IIG), Joel was in private practice in Washington D. C., New York, Moscow and London, advising clients on international taxation, investment fund creation and international JVs.
From 1994 to 1997 Joel was the main foreign advisor to the Russian Government on tax reform.
He later became a partner at the Salans law firm, where he was chairman of the Taxation Committee and a member of the firm’s Board.
Since 2006, Joel has been the General Counsel of the Industrial Investors Group and the Managing Director of Industrial Investors Capital Management Limited in London.
Philipp joined Industrial Investors Group (IIG) in 2013. Before that he’d been working in various roles with Alfa-Bank (2011–2013) and Deutsche Bank (2010) Corporate Finance teams where he helped major corporate clients to execute mergers & acquisitions and public offerings of shares.
Philipp holds an MSc degree in Management and Strategy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, BSc degrees in Economics from the University of London and the Higher School of Economics. Philipp passed CFA level I and Level II exams.
Irina occupies the position of Vice President, Internal Audit and Control at Industrial Investors Group (IIG) since 2013, when she re-joined IIG team after 5 years of serving as Vice-President for Control and Director for Internal Audit, Control and Risk Analysis at FESCO Plc — one of IIG's largest investment projects.
Irina first joined IIG team in 2005 as Head of Control & Analysis Section at Financial Control Department. Before that she spent 5 years working at YUKOS Oil Company as Senior Specialist of Internal Audit and Control.
Irina is a member of Internal Audit Commissions in a number of other IIG investment projects, including Maritime Bank, Avia-Taxi and Avia Management Group, AMG Invest Ltd and VTS Ltd.
She graduated from the Moscow High Shool of Construction Engineers named after V. Kuybyshev, and expanded her education background into accounting and financial analysis at the Moscow Institute of Finance.
Elena joined Industrial Investors Group (IIG) team in 2007, serving as a lawyer untill 2014, when she was promoted to the position of the Head of Legal Department. Prior to joining IIG, Elena worked as a paralegal/lawyer at "Russian & Vecchi" Intermational Law Firm in 2005-2007.
Elena graduated from Pyatigorsk State Linquistic University in 2003, and expanded her academic background into law by graduating the Moscow State Legal Academy in 2007.
Anton graduated in 2009 from the Higher School of Economics (Moscow) with a degree in Management.

Vasily graduated from the Moscow State Linguistic University, and started his carreer in diplomatic service, spending 4 years from 2003 to 2007 as attache at the Russian Embassy in Italy.
He first joined Industrial Investors Group (IIG) team in 2007, holding various positions both with IIG itself and with its largest investment - FESCO Plc.
In 2010 Vasily was invited by JSC Gazprom Neft to the position of Project Manager for a 2-year project. Upon completion of the project, he re-joined IIG team in the capacity of Managing Director.
