KIRILL RUBINSKY, FIRST VICE-PRESIDENT, FINANCE

Kirill is a graduate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and of the Paris Graduate Business School.

Between 1992 and 2000 he held the post of Senior Vice-President in the head office of Credit Lyonnais, where he was responsible for the bank's work with large oil and gas companies, including in Russia.

Between 2000 and 2001, Kirill worked as the Director for Project Financing and subsequently the Director for Russia and CIS Business Development of the European branch of the American finance corporation Marsh and McLennan.
