KONSTANTIN KHAMLAI, VICE-PRESIDENT

Konstantin was born on June 29, 1962.

He is a Candidate of Economic Sciences.

He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agromashholding (Moscow)

Between 2002 and 2003 Konstantin held the position of First Vice President of the Agency for Investments and Development in the Fuel and Energy Sector (Moscow).

Between 2000 and 2002 he held the position of the First Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board of Rosuglesbyt (Moscow).

He worked in the RF Ministry of Fuel and Energy between 1998 and 1999, initially as an Advisor to the Minister and subsequently as the Deputy Chairman of the Coal Industry Committee for Economics and Finance.

Between 1996 and 1998 Konstantin held the position of the Chairman of the Managing Board of the Inter-Sectoral Commercial Bank Don-Teks-Bank (Rostov Oblast)

Between 1985 and 1996 he worked in various positions in Rostov Oblast coal enterprises.
