EUGENE ANDRATCHNIKOV, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Eugene is a graduate of The Moscow Civil Engineering Institute (Moscow, Russia) and The Wharton School of Business (Philadelphia, USA).

Between 1997-1999 Eugene worked in Price Waterhouse Coopers (New York, USA) as Corporate Finance Associate.

Then between 1999-2001 he held the position of Investment Banking Associate in Kaufman Bros., (New York, USA).

Between 2001 – 2002 Eugene worked in Moscow as Investment Banking Associate for Morgan Stanley (USA), where he was responsible for building a new business pipeline with the top Russian corporate clients.

Between 2002 – 2004 he served as a Director of Business Development with TransGroup AS (Moscow, Russia) where he was responsible for engineering and a start up of the first rail leasing venture in Russia in a partnership with Brunswick Capital.
